Update from Administrator – May 4, 2022
Dear Families,
I am writing to provide an update regarding our current Covid 19 outbreak. On 5/2/22, 2 of our residents on third floor tested positive for covid 19, the remainder of the staff and residents on 3rd floor were tested and are all negative. Contact Tracing is in progress and all information gathered is being reviewed with the State epidemiology department at DPH. We will follow the CDC protocol for monitoring residents and staff for covid 19 and retest all later in the week. Booster vaccination clinics are ongoing.
No restrictions with visitation however, visitors for the two residents are at greater risk of exposure to the virus. Upon arrival to the facility, please wear a well-fitted mask, take your temperature, read the education form and sign. Thank you and please stay safe!
